Overview
AgentCard provides virtual cards designed for use by AI agents. By using AgentCard, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must be a legal resident of the United States
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
Card usage
- Cards are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy
- Cards are currently only accepted at US-based merchants
- You are responsible for all purchases made with your cards
- AgentCard reserves the right to disable cards for suspected fraud
Prohibited use
- Illegal activity of any kind
- Fraud, money laundering, or circumventing financial regulations
- Resale of cards or card details
- Automated abuse of the platform
SMS messaging
AgentCard sends automated transaction confirmations and fraud alert responses to phone numbers that have opted in. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
