AgentCard provides virtual cards designed for use by AI agents. By using AgentCard, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must be a legal resident of the United States
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
Card usage
- Cards are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy
- Cards are currently only accepted at US-based merchants
- You are responsible for all purchases made with your cards
- AgentCard reserves the right to disable cards for suspected fraud
Prohibited use
- Illegal activity of any kind
- Fraud, money laundering, or circumventing financial regulations
- Resale of cards or card details
- Automated abuse of the platform
