AgentCard exists to fix this. We let AI agents pay securely with the card you already have — each payment scoped to one purchase, with hard spending limits enforced by the payment network, and full visibility into every transaction. Mastercard holders pay through Mastercard Agent Pay.

Whether your agent is Claude Code, Cursor, Devin, OpenClaw, or a custom agent you built yourself — if it can make HTTP requests or fill out a web form, it can use AgentCard.

We take security seriously. AgentCard is built with enterprise-grade protections:

• AES-256-GCM encryption — card credentials (PAN, CVV) encrypted at rest
• HTTPS-only tokens — all authentication uses encrypted session tokens
• Network-enforced spending limits — card balances enforced by the payment network, not software
• Instant freeze — freeze or revoke any card immediately from the CLI
• No data selling — we never share or sell your data to third parties

Agents deserve native payment infrastructure, and it is arriving now:

• Mastercard Agent Pay — live on AgentCard today, and the default for Mastercard holders: tokenized credentials scoped to the merchant and amount you approve
• Visa Intelligent Commerce — supported for a limited subset of Visa cards today
• Crypto wallet integrations — agents funding cards directly from on-chain wallets

For any other card, AgentCard provides a one-time card number capped at the purchase amount, so every agent can pay today.
